The block of flats in this picture are not there anymore. Despite the graffiti         and general abuse I still think that there is something beautiful and elegant about this sign.

I love the way it’s made up of tiles and feels really hand-crafted. I vaguely remember using a photocopy of this image in a college illustration project (Which I still have somewhere).
